We currently have a choice of seven rooms for visitors to choose from and pride ourselves on the high standards maintained throughout this traditional B&B. All rooms have en-suite facilities with a choice of bath or shower.
Rooms are equipped with the kind of facilities you would expect of a three star National Tourist Board approved bed and breakfast with colour televisions, radio alarm clocks, tea making facilities and use of hairdryers and irons available throughout.
Book early to avoid disappointment during busy periods like graduation week, cricket fixtures and The Great North Run.

Short Breaks
Short break prices include 2/3 nights bed and breakfast and a two course set menu evening meal or a three course Sunday lunch. Please note short break prices are based on adults sharing, further reductions can be made for children under 12.

All rates are per room and include 15% VAT. Weekly and long term rates are also available upon request.
Provisional bookings must be confirmed within seven days by sending a £25.00 deposit for each room booked - alternatively credit/debit card details can be held in lieu of a deposit.
In the event of a cancellation we need to be notified by mid-day of the day prior to your planned arrival. Failure to notify us in time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the cost of the first night’s stay.
